His fineness as a legal practitioner put him in a lime light of being spotted by the supreme court of Rwanda and thereby hiring his services as an individual consultant to provide law reporting analysis expertise up to date.

Mr. Safari lectured and constantly has been an icon lecturer at various Rwandan tertiary institutions such as Kigali Independent University, INES University- Ruhengeri (as a part-time lecturer at the faculty of applied fundamental sciences in the department of land survey).  Students that have had an encounter with Safari Gahizi in lecture rooms, have come to appreciate and demonstrated competence in Major Aspects of Public Economic law, Competition law and consumer protection, Privatization, concession of Public Services, Overview of commercial law principles, Investment Regime, Economic Integration, International Trade and WTO, Monetary law, Banking system, Central Bank Regulation, Financial Market Regulation, Exchange Regulation, Insurance law, International Monetary system, Tax law System, Law of Securities, Regional Integration law and land Law at their places of work.
